The Connected Self

For late bloomers building clarity and confidence in relationships and life.

Warm, thoughtful therapy for exploring relationships, identity, and what matters most to you.

Lets get to know each other!

Hi, I’m Alexis, an Indigenous therapist from North Carolina. Outside the therapy room, I’m an avid reader, proud big sister, and K-pop girl at heart.

I specialize in working with late bloomers, people who feel like they’re figuring themselves out later than expected, especially in relationships, identity, and life direction. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling behind, uncertain, or disconnected from what they want. My role is to help you build clarity, confidence, and a stronger connection to yourself and your choices.

As a therapist serving clients across North Carolina, I approach therapy as a collaborative and supportive process. You don’t need to have everything figured out to begin. Therapy with me is a space to explore, reflect, and grow at your own pace. If you’re feeling ready to start, or even just curious, I’d be honored to work with you.
