The Connected Self

For When Life Doesn't Unfold on Schedule

When your life path looks different than you imagined, therapy can be a place to slow down, reflect, and move forward on your own timeline.

Individual Therapy

Couples Therapy

Couples therapy supports partners who want to improve communication, navigate conflict, and strengthen emotional intimacy.

It can be helpful for new relationships, long-term partnerships, or couples learning how to connect later in life.

Sex Therapy

Sex therapy provides an affirming space to explore intimacy concerns, desire, sexuality, and sexual communication.

This approach is supportive for those building confidence, understanding their bodies, or exploring sexual identity later in life.

Individual therapy offers a supportive space to explore anxiety, life transitions, identity, and self-esteem.

This work can be especially helpful if you feel behind, stuck, or are beginning again later in life.

Schedule A Free Therapy Consultation

Choosing a therapist can feel overwhelming. A free 15-minute consultation offers a low-pressure opportunity to ask questions, talk about what you’re hoping for, and see if working together feels like a good fit.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is a late bloomer?

A late bloomer is someone who feels they reached certain life milestones later than expected. This might include relationships, dating, sex, career direction, confidence, or emotional self-understanding. Many late bloomers are thoughtful, resilient people who spent years focusing on survival, caregiving, or safety before turning toward their own growth.

There is nothing wrong with being a late bloomer. Therapy can be a supportive space to explore who you are now, what you want moving forward, and how to build relationships and a life that feel aligned at your own pace.

My session fees are as follows:

  • Individual Therapy Intake (60 minutes): $180
This first session allows us to explore what’s bringing you to therapy and what you’re hoping for support with.

  • Couples Therapy Intake (90 minutes): $240
An extended session designed to understand relationship dynamics, shared goals, and areas of concern.

  • Ongoing Therapy Sessions for Individuals or Couples (55 minutes): $140
These sessions focus on continued support, insight, and growth at a pace that feels sustainable.

I also offer a limited number of sliding-scale spots through Open Path Collective for clients seeking more affordable therapy options. If cost is something you’re concerned about, you’re welcome to bring this into a consultation.

Payment is due at the time of your session. I accept major credit and debit cards through a secure online system. All payments are handled electronically to keep the process simple and confidential.

I do not accept insurance. I currently offer private-pay therapy only. This allows me to provide care that is flexible, personalized, and not limited by insurance company requirements or restrictions.

Many clients choose private pay because it offers greater privacy and clarity around their care. If you have questions about payment or accessibility, we can talk through those during a consultation.

I ask for at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. Sessions cancelled with less notice may be charged the full session fee. This policy helps protect both your time and mine, and we can always talk through unexpected circumstances.

I offer sessions on Monday – Thursday between 10:00am – 5:00pm. Online therapy provides flexibility, and we will work together to find a time that fits your schedule as best as possible.

If you’re new to therapy or unsure where to start, a free consultation can help you decide if this feels like the right next step.
